OUR QUALITY POLICY
The continuing Policy of Green pack & print solutions is to provide high quality, cartons effectively and efficiently produced to ensure the satisfaction of all of the requirements of our customers. This achievement will result in securing efficiency, a strong customer focus and enhancement of long-term sustainability and profitability within the Organization.
We are committed to implementing and continually improving our Quality Management System (QMS), in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015, applicable statutory and regulatory requirements, throughout all our activities.
In furtherance to this, Green pack Carton’s Top Management is committed to:
- Ensuring consistency in the implementation of the quality management system;
- Ensuring that the quality policy and quality objectives are established for the QMS and are compatible with the context and strategic direction of the Company.
- The objectives have been set and are maintained as part of the QMS internal auditing, monitoring and management review processes, in order to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Ensuring the effectiveness of the QMS by: regularly reviewing for continual improvement and providing resources needed for the QMS to achieve its intended results. E.g. training, leadership, support and encouragement.
- Establishing open communication with customers and stakeholder in order to meet their needs and expectations.
- Promoting the use of a process approach and risk-based thinking;
- Establishing partnerships with external providers and interested parties to provide products that meets customer requirements;
- Communicating this Quality Policy to ensure that it is understood and applied within Green pack Cartons.
